Russell Kane

Multi-award-winning comedian, presenter, actor, author, and scriptwriter Russell Kane is a regular on Channel 4, BBC, and ITV with recent TV appearances include The Apprentice: You’re Fired, The One Show, Live at the Apollo, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Michael McIntryre’s Big Show, Antiques Road Trip, Stupid Man, Smart Phone, as well as regular appearances on Steph’s Packed Lunch. True to form, the show is defined by Kane’s hyperkinetic performance energising the room. He must do his 10,000 daily steps in an hour, purposefully striding the full width of the stage, as well as scrambling on the floor or contorting his body into dramatic poses to make a point… he certainly has a spring in his step… and it’s very infectious. Chortle His chart-smashing BBC Radio 4 / BBC Sounds podcast Evil Genius quickly became a flagship show, and was the best performing original podcast on the platform. It has been turned into a TV show by BBC Studios, and will appear on Sky TV in November 2023. Russell also recently helped present a prime-time, conversation-changing documentary about men’s bodies and sperm counts on Channel 4’s Celebrity Save Our Sperm. This year he performed headline slots at Latitude, Reading, and Leeds festivals. ⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ The Times, Time Out, The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph Winner of Best Show in 2010 at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, Russell went on to make history as the first comedian to win both the Edinburgh Comedy Award and Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Barry Award in one year. Mark Row’s comedy career began in 2016, when he had the bright idea to make a documentary about becoming a comedian; from zero gigs to a full run at the Edinburgh Festival in the space of just a year! ‘A1 The Long Road to Edinburgh’ tells the story of Mark’s first steps in his quest to become a comedian, with advice from some of the best in the business along the way.

She’s had numerous appearances on television and her debut album “You Know What You Did” hit number one on the iTunes comedy charts. Her sophomore album “Botoxic” received a coveted 5 star review from Toronto’s NOW Magazine. In 2017 she was a finalist in Canada’s “Top Comic” competition and her audition video has since went viral, with 5 million views and climbing. In 2018 her original scripted pilot was a finalist in Just For Laughs Stand Up and Pitch” sitcom contest. Michelle is also an accomplished writer and actor with credits that span commercial, variety, scripted and unscripted television. Her acting work has been featured on Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix. Newly based in London Michelle is becoming a fan favourite all over the UK. She appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022. Her show “Be Your Own Daddy” was directed by Adam Hills. The Scotsman called it a “winning debut”.

Mark Maier

Talented award-winning writer and stand-up, Mark Maier, is an established and highly sought after performer on both the national and international comedy circuits. He has worked the comedy clubs of Germany, Holland, Ireland, Hong Kong, The Bahamas, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Mark has also appeared in Harry Hill The Movie and in various cameo roles in the series Harry Hill’s TEA-TIME Amongst his many credits, Mark has taught and performed improvisation with Catherine Tate in London and has had a string of successful radio series, in which he was both writer and performer.
