Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Effective date: 24 February 2026 Version: 1.0
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Organisers, promoters, artists, venues, customers and users of the Platform.
Prohibited use You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, list prohibited events/content such as hate/extremism, illegal substances/weapons, trafficking, unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, infringement, violence/threats, post misleading listings or omit material information, attempt to bypass checkout/payment controls, scrape or misuse personal data, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with Platform operations, abuse support channels, or harass users.
Enforcement We may remove listings, suspend accounts, restrict access, or report to authorities where appropriate. We may act immediately to prevent customer harm, comply with law, or mitigate security/fraud risk.
Reporting Users may report suspected breaches to support@tixevery.com.
Cooperation You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for evidence such as licences, venue permission, rights confirmations, and identity verification where needed to enforce this policy.
Changes We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
Related specialist policies
Marketplace listings, profile claims and ranking integrity are also governed by the Marketplace Integrity Policy. Merchandise, digital items and add-ons must comply with the Products, Merchandise & Digital Add-ons Terms. AI-assisted features must be used in line with the AI Tools Terms, and security testing must follow the Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy.
