TixEvery aims to make its public platform usable by as many people as reasonably possible and to improve accessibility over time.
Platform accessibility
We design customer-facing flows with clear content, responsive layouts and practical keyboard and screen-reader support where feasible.
Event and venue access needs
Venue facilities, step-free access, companion tickets, viewing areas, hearing loops, seating and assistance arrangements are controlled by the organiser or venue.
Requesting support
Customers should contact the organiser or TixEvery support before booking where possible if they have specific access requirements. Include the event name, venue, date and requested adjustment.
Organiser responsibility
Organisers and venues are responsible for providing accurate accessibility information and complying with applicable equality and accessibility laws.
