AI Tools Terms

These terms apply where TixEvery provides AI-assisted drafting, recommendations, automation or insights.

Human review required

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. Organisers must review and approve all generated copy, assets, messages, insights and recommendations before use.

No professional advice

AI tools do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, safety or marketing compliance advice. Organisers remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where needed.

Organiser responsibility

Organisers are responsible for event descriptions, claims, pricing, promotions, audience messages and creative assets generated or edited with AI tools.

Rights and permissions

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, image rights, privacy rights, venue rules, artist rights or contractual restrictions. Obtain consent for people, brands and third-party materials where required.

Sensitive data

Do not enter special category data, payment data, passwords, private customer notes or other sensitive data into AI tools unless TixEvery has approved that workflow.

Decision support only

AI insights and recommendations are decision-support tools. Organisers remain responsible for final decisions and outcomes.
