Booking Protection & Refund Protection Terms

Booking protection, refund protection or Secure My Booking products may be offered for some purchases. These are separate optional protection products and may be provided by a third-party protection provider rather than TixEvery.

TixEvery role

TixEvery may present the option at checkout, collect payment or share booking information needed to administer the product. Booking protection, refund protection or Secure My Booking products are not treated as Organiser ticket revenue. Any commission, margin, fee or commercial return connected with such protection products is governed by the applicable agreement between TixEvery and the protection provider, unless TixEvery expressly agrees otherwise in writing with the Organiser. These products may still be subject to payment processing costs, refund rules, chargeback rules and the relevant third-party provider terms.

Eligibility and claims

Customers should read the protection terms before purchase and submit claims directly to the provider where instructed. Claims may require evidence and must usually be made within stated time limits.

Exclusions and non-refundable parts

Protection may not cover change of mind, known circumstances, excluded reasons, fees, donations, delivery, merchandise, digital items or other non-refundable components unless the provider terms say otherwise.

Refund interaction

A protection claim is separate from an event cancellation refund. Customers should not receive duplicate recovery for the same loss. TixEvery may coordinate with the organiser or provider to prevent double refunds.
