Customer Terms & Conditions
TixEvery Customer Terms & Conditions Effective date: 24 February 2026 Version: 1.0
These Customer Terms & Conditions ("Customer Terms") apply to your use of the TixEvery website(s), checkout flow, ticket delivery services, customer accounts (if any), and related features (the "Platform"). By buying a ticket, product or add-on via the Platform, or by using the Platform, you agree to these Customer Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Definitions " TixEvery" / "we" / "us" / "our" means the operator of the TixEvery Platform. "Organiser" means the event organiser, venue, promoter, producer, seller, artist representative, or other third party who lists and sells tickets, products or add-ons via the Platform. "Event" means an event listed on the Platform by an Organiser. "Ticket" means an entry entitlement (including QR/e-ticket) for an Event. "Product" means a standalone product sold via the Platform (including digital items), excluding Tickets. "Add-on" means an optional item sold with Tickets and/or in connection with an Event (e.g. upgrades, VIP, merch, donations, digital items). Donations, booking protection, refund protection and Secure My Booking products may have separate fee, refund, provider and payout treatment. "Order" means a purchase transaction for one or more Tickets/Products/Add-ons. "Booking Fee" means a service/booking fee shown at checkout in connection with Tickets/Products/Add-ons.
Who you are buying from (agency model) 2.1 The Organiser is the Seller/Merchant. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout or listing page, the Organiser is the seller/merchant of record for Tickets/Products/Add-ons. 2.2 TixEvery acts as agent. TixEvery acts as the Organiser’s sales facilitation and (where applicable) payment collection agent, providing the Platform, checkout, ticket delivery and related tools. 2.3 Your contract for the Event is with the Organiser. Your purchase of Tickets/Products/Add-ons forms a contract between you and the Organiser (the seller), subject to these Customer Terms governing your use of the Platform.
Orders, pricing and booking fees 3.1 Displayed prices. The Platform displays the Ticket/Product/Add-on price (often referred to as "Face Value") and any Booking Fee and any applicable taxes (where shown). You are responsible for checking the total price before you confirm payment. 3.2 Booking fee. A Booking Fee may apply and will be shown during checkout. Booking Fees are charged for the use of platform services including checkout, ticket delivery, fraud/risk controls, customer support tooling, hosting, storage, operational communications and related platform operations. 3.3 Payment authorisation. When you submit payment, you authorise the payment method provider to charge the total amount shown. 3.4 Payment method requirements. Some payments may require additional verification (e.g. 3D Secure). If verification fails, the Order may not complete.
Ticket delivery and entry 4.1 E-tickets. Tickets are usually delivered electronically (e.g. QR code) to the email address provided and/or your account area (if enabled). 4.2 Responsibility for contact details. You must provide a valid email address and keep it accessible. If you do not receive tickets, check spam/junk folders and contact support. 4.3 Entry rules. Entry, age restrictions, late admission, bag policies, accessibility and venue rules are set by the Organiser and/or venue. The Organiser may refuse entry in line with their policies and applicable law. 4.4 Ticket validity and misuse. Tickets may be invalidated if fraud, duplication, resale breaches, or other misuse is detected. We may reissue tickets for security reasons.
Products and add-ons (fulfilment) 5.1 Organiser fulfilment. Unless stated otherwise, Products and Add-ons are fulfilled by the Organiser (or their linked promoter/artist) and not by TixEvery. 5.2 Delivery timelines and quality. Delivery dates, access instructions (digital), and quality obligations are the Organiser’s responsibility. Disputes about non-delivery or quality should be raised with the Organiser first. 5.3 Donations and protection products. Donations are excluded from TixEvery platform fee calculations unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, but may still be subject to payment processing fees, Stripe fees, chargeback costs, refund costs or other transaction costs. The Organiser remains responsible for ensuring donation descriptions, recipients, fundraising claims and use of funds are accurate, lawful and not misleading. Booking protection, refund protection or Secure My Booking products are separate optional protection products, are not treated as Organiser ticket revenue, and may be subject to payment processing costs, refund rules, chargeback rules and the relevant third-party provider terms.
Cancellations, refunds and changes 6.1 Organiser policies apply. Refunds, exchanges, transfers and cancellation rules are set by the Organiser, subject to applicable law. The relevant policy should be presented at checkout and/or on the Event listing. 6.2 Event changes. Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or materially changed. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed, refund or alternative remedy availability will be handled in accordance with the organiser's policy and applicable consumer law. 6.3 Platform assistance. TixEvery may facilitate communications and may process refunds on the Organiser’s behalf as agent, but the Organiser remains responsible for refund liability unless explicitly stated otherwise. 6.4 Statutory rights. Nothing in these Customer Terms removes any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Chargebacks and payment disputes 7.1 If you raise a chargeback/dispute with your payment provider, this may delay resolution. The Organiser may be asked to provide evidence relating to the Order and Event. 7.2 If a chargeback is upheld against the Organiser, your refund will be handled by the payment provider rules.
Customer communications 8.1 Transactional messages. We and/or the Organiser may send you essential communications to administer your Order/Event (e.g., purchase confirmations, ticket delivery, changes, safety notices, entry updates). 8.2 Marketing and opt-out. Where permitted by law, including where consent has been obtained or PECR soft opt-in conditions are met, we and/or the Organiser may contact you about the Event and reasonably related future events or offers, relying on legitimate interests or consent as appropriate. Where required, you must be given an opt-out at the point your data is collected and in every marketing message. You can unsubscribe/opt out at any time. Opt-outs will be honoured promptly and in any event within legally required timeframes.
Your responsibilities 9.1 You must not misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent security, scrape data, or interfere with checkout and delivery. 9.2 You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Platform availability and changes 10.1 The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 10.2 We may update the Platform and these Customer Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform.
Liability 11.1 Event responsibility. The Organiser is responsible for the Event and fulfilment. TixEvery is not responsible for Event delivery, venue operations, artist performance, safety decisions by Organisers/venues, or organiser fulfilment failures, except to the extent required by law. 11.2 Indirect losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or business interruption). 11.3 Nothing excludes non-excludable liability. Nothing in these Customer Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud).
Additional ticketing, access and payment rules
Tickets may only be transferred or resold where the organiser, venue and applicable law allow it. Unauthorised resale, speculative resale, duplication or use of screenshots to bypass platform controls may result in refusal of entry or cancellation of affected tickets. If you lose access to your ticket or cannot open it, contact support before the event with your order details so we can try to help verify the booking.
Age restrictions, ID checks, accessibility arrangements, seating, venue access and event safety rules are set by the organiser or venue. Customers should check the event listing and contact support before booking if they need access assistance or have questions about companion tickets, step-free access or other adjustments.
Telephone, box-office or assisted bookings are treated as customer-authorised orders. Please check confirmations promptly and tell us about obvious errors. Failed payments, duplicate orders, fraud checks, chargeback risk or suspicious activity may lead to order cancellation, delayed ticket release or additional verification.
Where an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed, refund or alternative remedy availability will be handled in accordance with the organiser's policy, applicable consumer law and the Refunds & Cancellations policy. For dated event tickets, change-of-mind cancellation rights are usually limited once a booking is confirmed, subject always to applicable consumer law. If an organiser cannot be contacted, TixEvery may escalate the issue, request evidence, restrict payouts or take other proportionate platform action, but we do not become responsible for performing the event.
