Fees, Payouts & Deductions Schedule

This schedule explains how platform fees, payment processing costs, deductions and payouts are handled unless a written organiser agreement says otherwise.

Platform fees

TixEvery platform fees are calculated on the face value of tickets, products, merchandise or add-ons sold through the platform, excluding donations and other excluded items or special products described below unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Standard plan rates are Launch 3.4%, Growth 2.9% and Scale 2.4%. Bespoke, promotional or contracted rates may apply where agreed in writing.

Excluded items and special products

Donations are excluded from TixEvery platform fee calculations unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Donations may still be subject to payment processing fees, Stripe fees, chargeback costs, refund costs or other transaction costs. The Organiser remains responsible for ensuring donation descriptions, recipients, fundraising claims and use of funds are accurate, lawful and not misleading.

Booking protection, refund protection or Secure My Booking products are separate optional protection products and are not treated as Organiser ticket revenue or included in the Organiser platform-fee calculation. Any commission, margin, fee or commercial return connected with such protection products is governed by the applicable agreement between TixEvery and the protection provider, unless TixEvery expressly agrees otherwise in writing with the Organiser. These products may still be subject to payment processing costs, refund rules, chargeback rules and the relevant third-party provider terms.

Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, reversals, negative balances, corrections and other adjustments may still affect organiser balances even where an item is excluded from standard platform fee calculations. Bespoke written terms agreed with TixEvery may override this schedule for specific products, campaigns or commercial arrangements.

Payment processing fees

Stripe or other payment processing fees are separate from TixEvery platform fees. They may include card, wallet, currency conversion, dispute, chargeback, refund or Connect fees.

Passing on or absorbing fees

Organisers may pass permitted fees to customers or absorb fees in the displayed price where the platform configuration and applicable law allow. Organisers are responsible for ensuring displayed prices and customer disclosures are accurate.

Refunds, chargebacks and deductions

Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, reversals, negative balances, taxes, corrections and platform adjustments may be deducted from organiser balances or future payouts. Booking protection, refund protection, donations, delivery, merchandise or digital item components may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the applicable terms, provider rules and law.

Reserves and payout holds

TixEvery may hold payouts, apply reserves or block payout release where refunds are pending, chargeback risk exists, identity checks are incomplete, fraud is suspected, an event is cancelled or postponed, or the organiser owes amounts to customers, TixEvery or payment providers.

Settlement models

Where Stripe Connect is enabled, Stripe may settle funds directly to the connected organiser account subject to verification and Stripe rules. Where standard or manual settlement applies, TixEvery may collect funds and pay the organiser after permitted deductions.

Payout method changes

Payout account changes may be subject to verification, cooling-off, administrative review or temporary holds to reduce fraud and prevent double payment. TixEvery may refuse duplicate settlement where a payout has already been made or is being processed.

Rounding and VAT

Calculations may be rounded to the nearest minor currency unit. VAT, sales tax or similar taxes may apply depending on the fee, supply, organiser status and jurisdiction. Organisers remain responsible for their own tax treatment unless TixEvery has expressly agreed otherwise.
