Marketplace Integrity Policy
This policy focuses on listing and marketplace behaviour across TixEvery. It works alongside the Acceptable Use Policy.
Listing accuracy
Event, ticket, product and profile listings must be accurate, current and not misleading. Key details such as venue, date, lineup, age restrictions, access information, price and fees must be clear.
Fraud and impersonation
Users must not create fake events, impersonate venues, artists or promoters, sell unauthorised inventory, use deceptive profile claims or misrepresent charitable, official or exclusive status.
Goods and inventory abuse
Counterfeit goods, unauthorised merchandise, speculative tickets, duplicate inventory, overselling, artificial scarcity and manipulative availability practices are prohibited.
Ranking and recommendations
Users must not attempt to manipulate search, ranking, recommendations, reviews, attribution or analytics through bots, fake engagement, deceptive metadata or coordinated abuse.
Takedown and appeal
TixEvery may remove or restrict listings, profiles, goods or accounts where integrity concerns arise. Affected users may contact support with evidence for review, but urgent safety, fraud or legal issues may require immediate action.
