Products, Merchandise & Digital Add-ons Terms

These terms apply where organisers sell merchandise, physical goods, digital items or event-linked add-ons through TixEvery.

Physical merchandise

Organisers are responsible for item descriptions, pricing, stock, sizing, delivery, collection and quality unless TixEvery expressly states otherwise.

Digital items

Digital items may include downloads, streams, memberships, unlocks or digital add-ons. Access may be event-linked, time-limited or subject to technical requirements.

Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery dates are estimates unless stated otherwise. Customers should report non-delivery or incorrect items promptly with order details and evidence.

Disputes and refunds

Refunds for goods and digital content depend on the product type, fulfilment status, organiser policy and applicable consumer law. Event ticket refunds do not automatically refund separate merchandise, delivery, protection, donation or digital items unless required or agreed.

IP and use restrictions

Digital items, images, recordings and downloads may be protected by copyright or other rights. Customers must not copy, share, resell or commercially exploit digital items unless permitted by the organiser or rights holder.
