Profiles, Co-hosting & Shared Access Terms

These terms apply to venue, promoter, artist and organiser profiles, co-hosted events and shared Show HQ access.

Profile ownership and claims

A profile may represent a venue, artist, promoter, organiser or brand. TixEvery may request evidence before approving profile claims or administrative access.

Disputed profiles

Where profile ownership is disputed, TixEvery may restrict edits, suspend public changes, request evidence or follow the account ownership process until the dispute is resolved.

Co-hosted shows

Co-hosts may be given permissions to view, edit, promote or manage parts of a show. The primary organiser remains responsible for the event unless TixEvery agrees otherwise.

Shared access

Users must only access Show HQ, reports, customer data and assets for legitimate event purposes. Access should be removed promptly when staff, contractors, venues, promoters or artists no longer need it.

Uploaded assets

Users uploading images, logos, copy, music, video or other materials confirm they have permission to use them and to allow TixEvery to display them for the event or profile.

Account disputes

TixEvery may use billing records, company evidence, domain control, contracts, identity checks or platform history to help resolve account or profile ownership disputes.
