Sub-processors & Infrastructure Providers
TixEvery uses carefully selected infrastructure and operational providers to run the platform. This schedule explains the categories of providers that may process personal data when TixEvery acts as processor or service provider for an organiser.
Hosting and infrastructure
We may use cloud hosting, content delivery, networking, backup and infrastructure monitoring providers to host the application, APIs, static assets, logs and operational telemetry.
Database and storage
We may use managed database, object storage, backup and data replication services to store account, event, order, ticket, product, audit and support records.
Payment processing
Stripe is used for payment processing and, where enabled, Stripe Connect onboarding, verification and settlement. Stripe may process payer, merchant, transaction, risk and payout information under its own terms and privacy notices as well as its role in the payment flow.
Email and communications
We may use email, messaging, notification and deliverability providers to send confirmations, receipts, event updates, service notices, organiser messages and support communications.
Fraud, security and compliance
We may use identity, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, bot protection, access logging and security monitoring providers to protect customers, organisers and the platform.
Analytics, monitoring and diagnostics
We may use analytics, performance monitoring, crash reporting and logging providers to understand service reliability, detect abuse and improve product performance. Optional marketing or personalisation technologies are used only where a lawful basis or required consent applies.
Customer support tooling
We may use ticketing, helpdesk, CRM or collaboration tools to manage support requests, operational incidents and organiser onboarding.
AI and automation providers
Where AI, automation or recommendation features are enabled, we may use providers that support content generation, categorisation, insights, moderation or workflow automation. Organisers must not enter sensitive personal data into AI tools unless TixEvery has approved that use.
International transfers
Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK or EEA, TixEvery will use appropriate safeguards such as UK international data transfer terms, EU standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or equivalent lawful mechanisms where required.
Change notification
TixEvery may update this schedule as providers or categories change. Material changes will be notified through the platform, by email or by updating this page. Organisers may raise reasonable data protection objections in line with the Data Processing Agreement.
