Telephone & Box Office Booking Terms
These terms apply where bookings are made by telephone, in person, at a box office or through an assisted sales process.
Customer authority
The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to provide the attendee, contact and payment information used for the order.
Payment handling
Payments must be handled only through approved secure processes. Staff must not write down full card details or process payments outside approved systems.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded or monitored where enabled and lawfully disclosed for training, quality, dispute and fraud prevention purposes. If call recording is not enabled, other booking records may still be retained.
Data handling
Only information needed to complete and support the booking should be collected. Customer data must be handled in line with the Privacy Policy and organiser data obligations.
Confirmation and error correction
Customers should check confirmation details promptly. TixEvery or the organiser may correct obvious pricing, availability, spelling or allocation errors and will explain any material impact where reasonably possible.
